About Me

I have always enjoyed cooking.  Or...I enjoy cooking when I have time to make it fun.  I like to try new things but also have a number of old favorite recipes that I also enjoy.  I would love to share some of my favorites with you! 

My mother was and is a wonderful cook!  Her biscuits could make folks weep with joy.  They were amazingly light but stood high and were unbelievably delicious.  I learned so much from her!

I love old family recipes and to copy ones I love from favorite restaurants and chefs.  I worked for Larry Forgione for many years as a server in New York City and his food was unbelievably good.  His shortcake was incredible.  Where ever you find good food, you find inspiration.  I hope my videos and recipes inspire you!
